Let the past stay behind you
"Life is hard, life is unfair and yet, no one can stop us from gaining mental strength, capacity, and competency"

Mission
Help yourself so that you can help others
The Mental Resistance Lab (MRL) helps individuals overcome unnecessary blocks in their personal psyche, increasing their perceived capacity to a level closer to their potential. These individual interventions are practical and are focused on quantifying actions and taking a systematic approach to changing behavior. The MRL is a place of practical experimentation into mental barriers and overcoming limiting beliefs.

The MRL promotes mental stability, connection to others and single focus on productive endeavors. The main driver behind this lab is to find out which ideas and exercises are helpful and universal enough so that when applied directly to people's lives, an undeniable change occurs with measurable positive results. The individual is therefore encouraged to develop a personal system that promotes flourishing, the MRL guides and supports finding a personal language of meaning and habits.

In essence, we don't have to be the outcome of childhood experiences, we don't have to succumb to horrid memories, we don't have to carry generational trauma, we don't have to doubt ourselves. People can change, patterns can be broken and momentum can be reversed. This is what the Mental Resistance Lab believes and promotes.
"Imagine if stress would build you up, imagine if difficulty would show you how to progress and imagine that everyone that put you down was wrong"

Approach
Living through action
If nothing changes, nothing changes and change can only happen through action. The MRL encourages action and practice over theory.
A map delivers clues.
Research delivers new information.
Honest conversations deliver self-knowledge.
Accountability delivers power.
An ordered mind delivers ordered thoughts.
Discipline delivers competence.
A sound plan delivers sound results.
A thankful heart delivers gratitude.

Mapping, researching, talking, accounting, ordering, planning, thanking. These are the tools that allow the MRL to build a positive framework that facilitates individuals to try their true best.
